Now working with the Militia Group label, the Appleseed Cast is set to release its new full-length record, Peregrine, on March 21, 2006. In support of the release, the band is embarking on a two-month national tour that will cover the entire US, beginning February 26th in Boulder, CO. March 3rd will see the addition of Minus the Bear, Rocky Votolato, and Crystal Skulls to the tour. On March 16th, the Cast will play SXSW in Austin, TX before moving on to the East Coast portion of the tour with Aloha and Lying in States in tow on select dates. Tour Dates posted below.

             The Appleseed Cast’s new record was produced by John Congleton (Explosions in The Sky, The Roots, Modest Mouse), and follows the release of Two Conversations by Tiger Style. Nathan Richardson (Coalesce, The Casket Lottery) has been added to the band on drums.
